– Chairman and owner of DM Ltd.
Adrian John Williams studied Economics and Marketing at University and had a successful career before he founded DM plc in October 2004.
The acquisition of Data Locator Group Ltd (DLG) in November 2008 and PDV Ltd in April 2009 presented the group with the opportunity to rapidly establish an influential market position in consumer lifestyle database marketing. This has been realised as they are now the UK’s largest providers of consumer lifestyle data.
Adrian John Williams was delighted when Accolade Publishing Ltd joined the group in September 2015. It operates the largest online comping websites: www.theprizefinder.com and www.compersnews.com
In July 2017 the acquisition of the business and assets of the Transactis datapool enhanced the group further as the huge datapool includes the transactional data of the some of the largest Mail Order businesses in the UK.
Adrian has been fascinated by the stock market since studying Economics at University and is now a keen Value Investor. Adrian also enjoys playing hockey, football and skiing.
Mark Winter – Finance Director
Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 1992 and worked as a financial controller in several companies. He was Finance Director at Minerva International Holdings Ltd from 1998 to 2001 and of Regency Group, part of South Staffordshire Group PLC, from 2002 to 2003. Since then, he has been a principal at the financial consultancy The FD Centre, where he has had experience of a wide range of roles including fast growing businesses, corporate transactions and turnarounds. Mark was appointed a director of DM Ltd on 17th June 2005.
Mark has enjoyed Ceroc dancing since 1999 and has won a few trophies and now helps with teaching.
